Automation Anywhere agrees to buy Boost.ai to bring conversational and voice AI into end-to-end work
Automation Anywhere signed a definitive agreement to acquire conversational AI company Boost.ai, which specializes in voice and regulated industries, from Nordic Capital; the deal, its second AI purchase in a year after Aisera, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
