OpenAI launches $500 Pro 500 and halves Pro 200 usage at DevDay
At DevDay (29 September 2026) OpenAI launched the ChatGPT Pro 500 plan ($500/month) with Ultrafast speed—up to 300 tokens/s in Codex—and said that from 30 October Pro 200 ($200) will fall from 20× to 10× the Plus allowance in Work and Codex.
