SAFE and the Open Secure AI Alliance: 120+ firms to share agent incident findings
The Open Secure AI Alliance—120+ organizations, including Nvidia, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Hugging Face and Red Hat—is advancing SAFE (Shared AI Findings Exchange) guidelines, a Linux Foundation RFC (Aug 2026) to turn agentic incidents into shared protection. In September the framework gains fresh urgency alongside the Open Agent Safety Platform launch.
